The house is located in the center of the New Town on "Cherno More" Square, 1A Ropotamo Str.
From the balconies of the rooms the view is towards the square. Harmani Beach is 120 m away, and to the Central Beach about 60 m.
The rooms are spacious, bright, all the furniture is new and comfortable. Furnished with everything needed for a pleasant holiday. Each room has a large terrace.
Near the house are a bus stop, banks, shops, snacks, cafes, restaurants, post office.

The house has two entrances.
At entrance 1A there are the following rooms:
• Studio 1 is for 3 (for 2 persons at a lower price) with private bathroom, bedroom with two mattresses and extra bed with mattress for third person, wardrobe, TV, table with chairs, separate kitchenette (microwave, fridge, sink, cupboards, all utensils necessary for cooking and eating, electric kettle), air conditioning, internet / wifi, ironing board and iron; large table with chairs, desiccator.
• Studio 2 is for 3 (for 2 persons at a lower price) with private bathroom, bedroom with mattress, extra bed with mattress for third person, armchair, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, Internet / Wifi , separate kitchen (microwave, fridge, sink, cupboards, all utensils necessary for cooking and eating, electric kettle), table with chairs, ironing board and iron; large table with chairs, desiccator.
• Studio 3 for 2 with private bathroom, bedroom with mattress, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, Internet / Wifi, separate kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, sink, cabinets, all utensils necessary for cooking and eating, electric kettle), table with chairs, ironing table and iron; large table with chairs, desiccator.
• Apartment with 2 rooms without kitchen: one room has a bedroom with a mattress, a sofa (possibly for an extra bed), wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, Internet / Wifi, table and chairs; large patio with table and chairs, dryer; in the other room there is a bedroom, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, Internet / Wifi; little tower, dryer; in the corridor there is a refrigerator, an electric kettle, an ironing table and an iron; a private bathroom for these two rooms.
At entrance 1 there are 2 apartments and a studio.
• The studio is for 3 (maybe 2 for a lower price) equipped with kitchen, private bathroom. There is a bedroom with a full mattress and an extra bed with a third person mattress, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, internet / wifi, ironing board and iron; in the kitchen area there is a fridge, sink, cabinets, all utensils necessary for cooking and eating, stove, dining table with sofa and chairs; terrace, dryer.
• Apartment 1: consists of three separate rooms, a kitchen and a private bathroom. One room has a living room with sofa, armchair and one bed with mattress, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning, internet / wifi. The other room is a bedroom with a mattress, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning. The third room has a bedroom with a mattress, wardrobe, coffee table, TV, air conditioning, internet / wifi. In the corridor there is an ironing table and an iron, a mirror. The kitchen has sink, cabinets, refrigerator, stove and all cooking and dining utensils, table and chairs; large patio with table and chairs, facing the patio. The apartment goes through the living room and is therefore family-friendly.
• Apartment 2: consists of two separate rooms, a kitchen and a private bathroom. One room has a bedroom, sofa, section, TV, wardrobe, air conditioning, internet / wifi.
