The house is located in the central part of the town, near the pictures gallery and the municipality. It can accommodate 15 vacationers at the same time. On the first floor is the apartment which consists of an entrance hall, two rooms / bedrooms / respectively a room with two beds and a room with three beds, kitchen, equipped with everything necessary / stove, microwave, fridge, kitchen cabinets, sink, utensils / and a bathroom with a toilet. Each room has a TV set with cable TV, wardrobe, table and chairs.
On the second floor you can reach the beautiful outdoor staircase. There are three separate rooms, which come from a spacious terrace. Two of the rooms are for three people (one with a bedroom + single bed, the second with three single beds). The third room has a bedroom and twin beds. Each room has air conditioning, private bathroom with shower, refrigerator, cable TV, wardrobe, table and chairs. There is a separate shared kitchen with a cooker, cupboards and utensils.
There is a seating area with barbecue in the yard.
The Central City Beach is a 5-7-minute walk away. To the Palace and the Botanical Garden - 30 minutes on foot.
