The villa will be open for a minimum of 3 nights in the period 22.12.2022-02.01.2023; 03.03.2023-06.03.2023 and 06.05.2023-09.05.2023 and with a minimum of 4 nights for Easter 14.04.2023-18.04.2023. The price is BGN 850/night. Maximum number of guests for the winter months is 14 people.
Villa DEVA is located in the city of Burgas, district of Sarafovo and has a maximum capacity for accommodation of up to 19 guests. During your stay, it will be only you, without outsiders.
We offer for rent the entire house, which is 500 square meters and consists of 1 living room and 7 rooms with 6 bathrooms. The rooms are divided into 4 double rooms, 1 triple room and 2 quadruple rooms, 5 of them have private bathrooms with a shower cabin, and 2 have shared bathrooms. The rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a large refrigerator and a kettle for hot water. Inside the house there are 4 routers with free Wi-Fi. The living room is 100 square meters and is equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The sea and the beach are 300 m away.
The rental price includes the use of a 550 sq.m yard with a swimming pool, barbecue and an outdoor gazebo with an equipped summer kitchen, which are available only to the guests of the house. We also provide 4 free parking spaces. Opposite the house there is a supermarket, and 200 m from us are the stop for the airport, a tennis court and 2 restaurants that specialize in Bulgarian and seafood cuisine.
For summer 2023, Villa DEVA will be open from 10.06.2023 to 10.09.2023. The basic prices for renting the entire Villa (up to a maximum of 14 guests) and for a minimum of 3 nights are:
1. For the month of June, the price per day is BGN 700 for weekdays and BGN 750 for weekends (Friday, Saturday). For July, August and September, the price per day is BGN 800 for weekdays and BGN 850/day for weekends.
2. The basic price for 2 nights is BGN 2,200.
3. The base price is BGN 1,000/day for the Spice & Solar Music Festivals in August 2023.
4. ONE NIGHT IS NOT OFFERED.
The indicated price is basic and is for accommodation of up to 14 guests. For more than this number, the price is higher by BGN 25/person/day for children from 2 to 12 years old. Above this age, the price for guests is BGN 35/person/day. Children up to 2 years of age are free of charge if they sleep in a cot or in 1 bed with their parents. No extra air beds are allowed. Maximum number of guests staying in the house for the summer months is 19 people.
Check-in from 15:00 to 21:00, check-out by 09:00. Early check-in and later check-out are not possible.
Discounts:
1. 5% for old customers and/or rent for 10 days
2. 7% for rent 20 days
3. 10% for rental 30 days or more
Payment with Easy Pay or bank transfer: 25% upon booking; 25% - 20 days before check-in; 50% upon check-in.
The internal rules we want you to follow:
1. No drugs on the territory of the entire property;
2. No smoking inside the house;
3. Observance of the quiet hours for rest 23:00-10:00 and 14:00-16:00;
4. No bachelor and bachelorette parties;
5. No pets;
