There are two houses, newly built and satisfying tourists with all the necessary amenities. They are suitable for both summer and winter holidays.
Each house consists of a spacious first floor suitable for pleasant and romantic evenings. Four bedrooms with comfortable beds are available to guests. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom. The kitchens are equipped with modern electrical appliances and it is a pleasure to prepare your own food. In case you don't feel like cooking, we can prepare your preferred meal with a prior request from you.
In the well-maintained courtyards there is a pool for each house. In house Ana-Val-1 there is also a private barbecue for 10 guests, in which an equipped kitchen and a fireplace with an oven are available. The warmth and light of the fireplace create a coziness that invites you to sit by it with a glass of wine in hand. The table is for 10 people, intended for cheerful companies and heavy dishes.
Guest houses Ana-Val are located in the village of Novo Delchevo, which is 5 km away. from the town of Sandanski in the direction of Greece. If you feel like walking, everything is around you.
At 18 km. to the northeast, in Pirin, is the Popina Laka resort and the 11-meter Popinolaka waterfall.
20 km away. to the southeast is the town of Melnik, and after another 6 km. the Rozhen Monastery is located. Many secrets and relics are hidden in the Rozhen monastery, but one of them is undoubtedly the copy of the famous Iver icon. She was placed in a coffin in the chapel of the "St. St. Cosmas and Damian" monastery.
At 6 km. from the houses is also the well-known area of Rupite and the temple "Saint Petka Bulgarska", built by Baba Vanga. For lovers of sport fishing, the river Struma is nearby.
