The site is located on Bulgaria's main boulevard in the town of Lovech, just 10 meters from the Central Pedestrian Area. We have 4 double rooms, two of which can accommodate 4 people, one of them is designed for three people, as well as 1 apartment with two separate bedrooms and a capacity of 6 people. The property is available all year round, suitable for renting both short term and long term. The property was completely renovated in January 2020 with a new, extremely comfortable and modern interior. On the ground floor of the building is a 24-hour grocery store.
The location provides quick access to the popular Covered Bridge of Kolio Ficheto, as well as the old Varosha Quarter, 600 meters away. Our guests could visit the Devetashka Cave as well as the waterfall in the village of Krushuna, which is about 30 minutes drive from our accommodation. Troyan is 33 km away, while Chiflik and Oreshaka are 49 km away (where Troyan Monastery can be visited).
