House Feihoa is located in the new part of the city, 150m walk from the City beach and 250m from Harmani beach, in Sozopol. The center of the New Town is a 5-minute walk away, and the Sea Garden and the center of the Old Town can be reached along the promenade in about 7-10 minutes. The merry street is 2 streets away from us.
We have available 2 double rooms, a One-room apartment and a Two-room apartment. The rooms (photos 9-15) are equipped with bedside tables with lamps, table and chairs, wardrobe, Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, fridge, thermos kettle and tea/coffee making facilities on request. Each room has a private balcony, bathroom with shower and toilet. The one-room apartment (photos 16-21) consists of 2 separate rooms with a transition - a bedroom and a living room. The bedroom has 3 standard beds and a sofa. It is equipped with bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, table and chairs, Wi-Fi, TV and air conditioning. Kitchen box with ceramic hob, hood, sink, fridge, thermos kettle and crockery. Additional dishes if necessary. Private balcony with sea view, bathroom with shower and toilet. The two-room apartment (photos 1-9) consists of 2 separate rooms without a transition - a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom between them. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning and have their own terraces. The bedroom has a large bed for two, bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers with a mirror. For your additional comfort, we have provided a mattress and pillows with Memory Flex technology. In the living room there is a kitchenette equipped with an extractor hood, ceramic hob, sink, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle and all available utensils for cooking and eating. Dining table for 4 people, chairs, TV and sofa bed with the possibility of sleeping 2 more.
