Located in the upper end of Popovci, only 5km. away from Gabrovo and 50 km. from the ancient capital - Veliko Tarnovo, the houses are a part of a region rich in history and culture.
All five houses are identical in architecture. Each of them features four inviting guestrooms on the first floor plus three bathrooms, and on the second floor - a spacious open plan area with two log-burning fire-places, a quaint kitchen, an elegant lounge, a comfortable dining area and a large balcony.
The huge garden is terraced and beautifully arranged, with profusion of greenery. On the upper level are located the houses overlooking the rest of the garden. A couple of wooden steps take you to the lower part where you find an exquisite restaurant and next to it two swimming-pools(a big swimming pool plus a smaller one for children). Additionally, there is a children's playground. Elegant swing loungers and an alcove offer seclusion and privacy and nicely complement the exterior.
