The villa is located in the town of Sarnitsa, on the shores of Dospat Dam (Pazardzhik region). Equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home. Pets are NOT allowed in the Villa!Capacity of the Villa:

Guest house / Villa "Royal" is a two-family house, with a capacity of 4+4 = 8 people.It has a total of three (3) rooms as follows:
One (1) room - Living room / Dining room / Kitchenette + Bathroom - in one. Two (2) rooms – Bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom, and the other bedroom uses the kitchen’s bathroom.Each of the bedrooms has a double bed (for two) + two single bunk beds (the room can accommodate up to 4 people).
These two bedrooms bring the villa's capacity up to eight (8) people (4+4).
Single beds are designed for both children and adults.
The villa is suitable for a family vacation or for a gathering with friends.
Guests have available for free use an extra (separately) Barbeque-Kitchen with a corner for food preparation and seating.

The Villa can be rented as a whole or as a separate room:
180 BGN / per night - for the whole villa - up to eight (8) people, or 100 BGN / per night - for up to four (4) people - accommodated in a room for four (one (1) double bed + two (2) single bunk beds).Even If You rent just one room, You have the right to use the Living Room / Dining Room / Kitchenette / Veranda-Terrace / Barbeque-Kitchen and other accessories.
Guest House / Villa “Royal” reserves the rights to change prices during holidays.

For those who wish to explore the interior of the town of Sarnitsa, they can use an attraction train for that purpose. You can take an advantage of a water walk, so called “Boat trip” to Dospat Dam.The departure point for the above attractions is near Guest House / Villa "Royal" - (they depart from "Romantika Complex").
