 House wine is located in the old cellar in Sofiiskiya area. Today it is part of the National Research Institute of Wine and Spirits. The winery works after World War II main activity is the production and bottling of drinks with high alcohol content and storage for the wines of the State union Winery. In 1956 Institute of Wine Industry, which was established earlier, was moved to this building. House wine today combines modern design with authentic atmosphere. There are presented 19 of the best wine producers in Bulgaria, as well as the history of winemaking. The new winemakers follow the new direction of wine in Bulgaria - namely quality without compromise. The winery has a rich collection, including 150 types of wines and spirits. There is an opportunity for tasting each of them, help make things professional oenologists. House of wine greets visitors to courses, wine tasting, cultural events, tours ofitsioalni evenings, cocktails and other planned events. The visits are available by appointment.
