While tilling the soil pick one of them hit in an object found so large vessel made of metal. The court removed from the ground and it falls gold plates inscribed in them different images. Later decided to recognize the mayor of the village to find treasure.
Letnik treasure consists of 23 silver objects and partly gilded. Archaeologists and historians have proved that this is the Thracian treasure of I-IV century BC. Impressive is the very design and motifs depicted on it. Themselves objects are a unique craftsmanship for Europe. They will see depicted the Mother Goddess, and scenes of everyday life of the ancient Thracians. 1963 treasure in the National Archaeological Museum town. Sofia. Copies of Thracian precious tiles can be found in the Tourist Information Centre of Republic.
