 The Fourth International Competition for instrumental and vocal music festival sound part time, which will be held from 5 to 7 May 2017 in Veliko Tarnovo. The organizers are Association Elite Veliko Tarnovo, chaired by Petya Vassileva. Under the patronage of the mayor Eng. Daniel Panov of the competition. This competition is included in the cultural calendar of Veliko Turnovo Municipality. The date of the event is referred to 5.6 and 7 May 2017.
