Abbreviation NPC until 1990 means the National Palace of Culture, then - National Palace of Culture. The original plan for the construction of the palace is it to be completed in 12 years, but only four years after the foundations in 1978, he was inaugurated.
On the central front of the NPC has his sign, symbol - bronze sun with a diameter of 7 meters, made from our famous sculptor George Chapkanov. The rays of the sun are 14 in number, among them there are also 14 "beam" of corn. The idea is borrowed from the beautiful carved ceilings of Tryavna masters.
