 St. Ivan Rilski's cave, which is located just outside the town of Rila - only 20 km and from Sofia is about 120 km. From Rila Monastery to the cave you can reach on foot, you will walk about half an hour. The cave saint spent seven years. The sagas, which stated that anyone who fails to pass through the hole located at the end of the cave is sinless.
