  In mid-June in Kyustendil is held the unique festival of the cherry. Interesting event forreserved days 17 and 18 June in which local producers proudly present their products to representatives from over 15 countries. The holiday program runs from June 17 to 16 hours of ordering cherry exposure to the sounds of folk performances. The next day, 12hours at a competition in which contestants fight for the prize in several categories: "Most attractive veshelo", "The most beautiful cherry stand" and "The big cherry." An hour later starts culinary festival "Motley table of guests in my town", and 20 hours celebrationcontinues with folklore program.
