 Rose Festival in Karlovo boasts 100 years of tradition, which even today has a great interest Cocoa Bulgarian tourists and foreign. Held the first Saturday of June. Festival begins this morning in the rose gardens with ritual "picking". Young people singing folk songs, picked pink flowers. All guests are treated with rose jam and liqueur pink. Dance is graceful Bulgarian people to the sounds of bagpipe band. The festive program continues on the square where mummers and folk groups show their impressive skills. Festival enjoys a rich folklore program throughout the day.
