 Natural Sciences Museum Black Osam named village, which is also created in 1976. The village is situated two kilometers from the Troyan Monastery. Founder of the Natural History Museum is Iliya Iliev, a local biology teacher. In order to make the lessons to his students more interesting and exciting, the teacher and his students began collecting and taxidermy different animals. Initially, the unique collection is presented in the corridors of the local school. But after a matter of great interest that the exhibition was moved to a specially built building, and in 1992 assumed the status of the exhibition Museum of Natural History. The museum is a two-storey building that has three halls, which are about 700 exhibits. In the great hall shows large representatives of the animal world, here you can hear the sounds that issued them. Howling wolf, a grunting boar and loud roar of a bear are part of a rich collection of sounds attraction hall. In the next room, different species of fish, amphibians and reptiles that live in the Balkan Mountains and the beautiful images of natural beauty of the area. Here you can see several collections of insects and 120 species of birds. In the museum building is located and Conservation Center "Central Balkan", where you can familiarize yourself with plants typical of the region, predtsveni in over a hundred herbarium.
