Tourist memorial complex "Revolution" was opened in 1977 at the foot of the Sredna Gora memorial as a kind of rebellious past of the region in which the towns are Strelcha, Panagyurishte, Koprivshtitsa and gorges. Memorial complex is situated on a large area among beech forests include 24 fountains built many monuments, slabs and bas-reliefs, and the main architectural complex consists of four chalets. The names of two of the huts reminiscent of the time in which they were built - the largest hut was called "Red Guard" is available to 180 seats and is mainly used by pioneers and Komsomol members for different "events". This chalet is not currently working, and the nearby hut "Srednogorska." Currently in operation are two of the huts - these are the first resort built in chalet called "Guerrilla", which has 80 seats and chalet "Voevodski" which was built in Renaissance style and has 70 seats.
Huts are managed by the tour company of the village Krastevich - TD "Revolution", have parking and playgrounds.
On the territory of tourist complex there are numerous historical sites related to recent and distant past, including remains of medieval fortifications - fortress, tower and rock, the way they have passed the caravans of merchants Koprivshtitsa, the same way in which after the defeat of the April uprising survivors sought salvation. Near the entrance of the tourist complex has raised an impressive monument to rebel. Outstanding views of the Thracian Plain, Stara Planina and the Rhodopes are found, if you climb up a nearby peak, "Wolf."
The tourist complex "Revolution" which is included in the 100 national tourist sites of SIP can be reached by different routes from different starting points. The shortest route is from the village Krastevich (around 3:00), followed by routes from the village Krasnovo, Strelcha and Koprivshtitsa (around 4:00). Most long way from Starosel - about 5 hours.
