Botev Peak is located in the central part of Stara Planina, near Karlovo and Kalofer. Is 2376 meters high and is the highest peak of the mountain known as the mountain. Before 1950, when the peak is named after the great poet and revolutionary Hristo Botev, the name of the mountain peak was Yumrukchal. The tip is a spacious pasture with a rock.
