The Jordash complex was opened during the Summer 2002 season. It is located 500m. from the village of Shkorpilovtsi and only 200m. from the sea / beach, next to a small river and one of the arms of the Balkan Mountains.
It consists of a hotel, five (5) family bungalows, forty-five (45) bungalows, a restaurant, a shop, two (2) free parking lots, a mini football field and summer playgrounds.
All this is located on twenty acres and is fenced.
The hotel has three floors and consists of two large and two small apartments, sixteen rooms (double and triple), all with spacious balconies. All are tastefully furnished and many even provide such comforts as air conditioning, television, satellite, mini fridge. The apartments in the hotel are equipped with air conditioning, TV, satellite, kitchenette (microwave, stove and refrigerator). The large apartments consist of two bedrooms and a living room, a bathroom with a bathtub. The small apartment is a bedroom with living room, bathroom with bathtub.
On the top floor of the hotel there is a restaurant - summer garden, overlooking the sea and mountains.
The family bungalows of 60 sq.m, opened during the "Summer 2004" season, are also pleasant for year-round recreation. They consist of a bedroom, children's room with two beds, living room (with sofa bed, coffee table with armchairs, TV with bulsat TV), spacious outdoor terrace overlooking the sea, with table and chairs, large bathroom with private boiler and kitchen box (stove, refrigerator, kettle, sink, utensils). Each family house has air conditioning for hot and cold. An iron and ironing board are also available.
Last but not least are the bungalows. The complex has forty-five bungalows - 45, equipped with two, three and four beds. Each bungalow has its own bathroom, terracotta, refrigerator, terrace (with table and four chairs), wardrobe and air conditioning.
Towels are not available in the bungalows alone.
The prices for hotel, family bungalows and bungalows include value added tax (VAT).
