Hotel "Crown" is located in the center of Dospat. Dospat is one of the youngest towns in Bulgaria, declared as such in 1974. It is famous for its wonderful scenery, sights and attractions located near the eponymous lake - the second volume in the country with great opportunities for sport fishing and rearing of trout, carp and other fish. East of Dospat are landmarks - Yagodinska and Trigrad Gorge. Nearby are the architectural and tourist villages in Lower, and Leshten Kovachevitsa, wide bow, Velingrad, Smolyan and Batak.
