The location of Pension "Dimitar Hadjivasilev" is easily accessible, there is a place to stop, both paid and unpaid parking. There is a fast food place next door. Within a radius of 50 meters there are two schools, a vocational high school and a secondary school, all kinds of convenience stores and one of the big food chains "Bila", as well as numerous bank branches.
The capacity of the boarding house is ten rooms, and the number of visitors is 22 people. The rooms are distributed as follows: double and triple room with admission of one visitor in a double room. Each of the rooms has a bedroom with either two single beds or three single beds with a wardrobe and a table. At the beginning and end of the boarding house there are two common spaces, one with a large table, sofa and chairs, which is intended for dining, and in the other there are appliances for common use.
The guesthouse also has a large terrace with a sofa and a table for rest and relaxation. The sanitary unit is intended for general use, being divided into two halves - one consists of 3 men's bathrooms and 3 toilets, and in the other part of the room there are 3 women's bathrooms and 3 toilets. The boarding house welcomes guests from all groups of people (students, construction workers, guests of the city, business visitors and others).
