The Ivanovi House is less than 100 meters from Kiten Bus Station, about 200 meters from the North Beach - Atliman and about fifteen minutes from the South Beach - Urdoviza. Nearby there is a grocery store, fruit - vegetable, beer garden, restaurants and a children 's playground. In the yard there is a parking lot for tenants only. The house is located on a quiet street, but at less than 5 minutes from the main shopping street.
