The guest houses are located 3 km. south of the town of Elena in the direction of the town of Tvarditsa. They are located in a picturesque mountainous area in the Stara Planina Mountains. The houses are in a typical Bulgarian Revival style.
One is on two floors, with a large tavern with a modernly equipped kitchen and two rooms for two with a shared bathroom on the first floor, and four more double rooms on the second floor. Each room has its own bathroom and a TV with satellite. From the large veranda you can see "Markov Kamak".
The second house also has a tavern and a fully equipped kitchen. It is on one floor and has three bedrooms - two triples and one double with two bathrooms.
The houses are located in a common yard, which has a large parking lot, a summer pool, an indoor jacuzzi, a children's corner with swings for children and a barbecue. The heating is with local heating.
