Guest House "Markov House" is located in the village of Oreshak, in one of the most beautiful and majestic parts of the Balkan Mountains - the Trojan Balkans. proximity to the emblematic Troyan Monastery "Assumption". Access is year-round, paved. The area offers many eco-trails and opportunities for eco-tourism, and only 5 km away is the iconic Troyan Monastery. The area is known for its majestic nature, clean mountain air, cozy atmosphere, excellent conditions for walks and winter sports, interesting cultural and historical attractions.

Guests can try traditional Bulgarian dishes at the nearby neat taverns.

Guest House "Markovska ta kashta" has a bed capacity for a total of 16 guests and 2 separate entrances, suitable for two different companies (8 people in entrance "A" and 8 people in entrance "B"). Each entrance has a spacious dining room with fireplace, kitchenette, sofa bed, cable TV and WC. The kitchen is furnished with a ceramic hob with two hotplates, toaster, coffee maker, kettle for hot water and the necessary utensils for cooking. The dining room opens onto a separate barbecue area with a fireplace.

Guest House "Markov House" has a total of 6 bedrooms, distributed in each entrance.

The bedrooms in each entrance are located on the second floor. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom and sofa bed, and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom located in the hallway between them. Two of the bedrooms have balconies with a beautiful view of the Balkan Mountains. Each bedroom has a TV with cable channels. Toiletries and towels are provided for all guests.

For the guests of Guest House "Markov House" there is free parking and Wi-Fi access throughout. From May to October, guests can enjoy a free hot water pool located in the courtyard of the house. There is also an outdoor wet bar by the pool.

The house can be rented in full (for 16 guests) or each entrance can be rented separately (for 8 guests).

Accommodation conditions and prices:

Check-in - after 3 pm, check-out - until 12 pm

Prices:

1 night (for 8 guests) -300 BGN.

2 nights (for 8 guests) - BGN 500.

The house is rented all year round for a minimum of 2 nights. The house is not rented for a student holiday (8.12.). Price for New Year - on request.

The booking process ends with a transfer of 50% deposit of the final amount of your reservation. Caparo does not return.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible at an additional cost and if employment allows.
