Guest House Simada Green is located in the center of the Spa resort town of Varshets, rich in its mineral pools and healing water.
The house is suitable for family vacations, for staying during a business trip, as well as for renting by groups (up to 16 people).
There are 5 rooms (1 double, 2 triple and 2 quadruple), each room has a private bathroom and offers everything you need for your stay with its stylish and comfortable furnishings.
The kitchen on the first floor is for common use and is fully furnished, we offer free coffee and tea.
Other shared spaces include the yard and the covered summer kitchen with tables and chairs, as well as the charcoal barbecue.
The house is located on a quiet and peaceful street, steps from the pedestrian promenade leading to the city center.
