Guest House Sunrise is located in a cool pine forest in the resort of Tsigov Chark.
It is located 500 m from the dam and has a capacity of 5+2 people /two bedrooms, living room/, has an equipped kitchenette, barbecue, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine, stove, electric kettle, etc.
It is rented year-round and for at least two nights. Heating during the winter months is provided by air conditioning and two wall ceramic stoves.
The natural features and location are ideal conditions for the development of hunting, fishing, rural, high mountain and hobby tourism, as well as for water and winter sports.
There are many opportunities for short-term excursions in the Batak region - the Golyam Beglik, Beglika and Shiroka Polyana dams.
