In the cellar, quality grape varieties of Golden Thrace are processed. This in itself is a guarantee for high-quality drinks. Rumelia Winery is equipped with modern technology for the production of elite red wines, which are subject to strict quality control. The underground cellar includes barrels of American, French and Bulgarian oak, which have a capacity of 1000 barrels.
Rumelia wine cellar has a cozy wine tasting where visitors can sink into the wine-making atmosphere and taste selected wine selections. It has a capacity of 40 seats and operates throughout the year. Every day the winery welcomes individual guests as well as organized groups. It starts with a short tour of the entire production process, after which everyone can experience the great wines. The winter atmosphere is complemented by the lighted fireplace, and in summer the natural coolness of the cellar is felt.
